Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Crust

Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).

Grease a 9-inch springform pan and line the base with parchment paper.

Mix crushed chocolate biscuits and melted butter in a bowl until evenly combined.

Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan to form an even crust. Set aside.
Step 2: Make the Cheesecake Filling
