Ingredients

2 cups graham cracker crumbs

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

¼ cup sugar

16 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 cup dulce de leche
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar.

Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.

Bake for 10 minutes, then set aside to cool completely.
2. Make the Cheesecake Layer:

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.

Add eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition.

Stir in vanilla extract.

Pour the cheesecake batter evenly over the cooled crust.
3. Swirl in the Dulce de Leche:

Drop spoonfuls of dulce de leche across the top of the cheesecake layer.

Using a butter knife, gently swirl the dulce de leche to create a marbled effect.
4. Bake and Chill:

Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the center is just set and slightly jiggly.

Let cool to room temperature.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight is best) to firm up before slicing.

Cut into squares and serve.
