Instructions
1. Brown the Sausage

Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add Italian sausages and cook, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides (about 7–8 minutes).

Remove and set aside.
2. Sauté the Veggies

In the same skillet, add the remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil.

3. Season and Simmer
