Ingredients:
- 1 lb king crab legs
- 1/2 stick (4 tablespoons) salted butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
- Lemon slices
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- If the crab legs are frozen, thaw them. Use a sharp knife or scissors to slice or cut the crab legs into halves to expose the flesh. Arrange them evenly on a baking sheet or tray.
- Melt the butter in a microwave for about 30 seconds.
- Add the minced garlic, chopped parsley, and lemon juice to the melted butter. Stir well to mix.
- Drizzle and spread the butter mixture evenly over the crab legs. Save some of the mixture for dipping.
- Place lemon slices on top of the crab legs for added flavor.
- Bake the crab legs in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until heated through.
- Serve the lemon butter crab hot, with the remaining butter mixture on the side for dipping.
