  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated (for a cheesy finish)
  • 1 tbsp butter (for richness)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley or basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta:
    • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
    • Cook the bowtie pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Chicken Bites:
    • Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
    • Season the chicken bites with salt, pepper, and paprika.
    • Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
    • Add minced garlic, lemon juice, and lemon zest to the skillet. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
    • Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
  3. Make the Creamy Sauce:
    • In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
