  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

Instructions

1. Preheat Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.

2. Make the Cookie Dough

In a large mixing bowl:

  • Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy (about 2 minutes).

  • Beat in the eggs, lemon juice, and lemon zest until fully incorporated.
