Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken breast
- 8 potatoes
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon freshly ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 2 tablespoons Garlic powder
- 6 tablespoons Hot Sauce

- 2 cups grated cheese
- 1 cup crumbled bacon
- 1 cup diced green onion
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 500°F.
- In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and hot sauce.
- Cut the potatoes into cubes and add them to the bowl. Toss until well coated.
- Spray a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray. Transfer the potatoes to the dish, leaving excess sauce in the bowl.
- Bake the potatoes for 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes for even cooking.
- Cut the chicken into cubes and add it to the bowl with the remaining sauce, ensuring it’s well coated.
- In a separate small bowl, mix together the cheese, bacon, and green onions.
- Once the potatoes are cooked, add the marinated uncooked chicken on top.
- Spread the cheese, bacon, and green onion mixture over the chicken.
- Bake for an additional 15 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked.
