- 1 lb lobster meat, cooked and chopped (use fresh or high-quality canned lobster)
- 12 mini slider rolls (soft and slightly sweet, perfect for sliders)
- ½ cup mayonnaise (creamy base for the filling)
- ¼ cup finely chopped celery (adds crunch and freshness)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (for a bright, tangy kick)
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (adds an herby, aromatic flavor)
- 2 tbsp butter, melted (for toasting the rolls)
- Salt and pepper, to taste (to season)
Instructions
Prepare the Lobster Filling:
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped lobster meat, mayonnaise, chopped celery, lemon juice, and fresh dill.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and mix until the lobster is evenly coated with the dressing.
Toast the Slider Rolls:
- Lightly brush the insides of the mini slider rolls with melted butter.
- Toast the rolls in a pan over medium heat until golden brown and crispy, about 1-2 minutes per side.
Assemble the Sliders:
- Spoon a generous amount of the lobster mixture onto the bottom half of each toasted roll.
- Top with the other half of the roll and press gently to close.
Serve and Enjoy:
- Arrange the sliders on a serving platter and serve immediately while the rolls are warm and the lobster filling is creamy.
Notes
- For a fancier presentation, garnish the sliders with a sprinkle of fresh dill or a lemon wedge.
- If you don’t have fresh dill, use 1 teaspoon of dried dill or another fresh herb like parsley.
- Always taste and adjust the seasoning of the lobster filling before assembling the sliders.
