Description

These Lobster Roll Sliders are a bite-sized twist on the classic dish. Tender lobster with a creamy, tangy dressing in soft, toasted mini rolls—perfect for summer parties, brunches, or any occasion!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb lobster meat, cooked and chopped (use fresh or high-quality canned lobster)
  • 12 mini slider rolls (soft and slightly sweet, perfect for sliders)
  • ½ cup mayonnaise (creamy base for the filling)
  • ¼ cup finely chopped celery (adds crunch and freshness)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (for a bright, tangy kick)
  • 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (adds an herby, aromatic flavor)
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted (for toasting the rolls)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste (to season)

Instructions

Prepare the Lobster Filling:

  • In a large bowl, combine the chopped lobster meat, mayonnaise, chopped celery, lemon juice, and fresh dill.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste, and mix until the lobster is evenly coated with the dressing.

 Toast the Slider Rolls:

  • Lightly brush the insides of the mini slider rolls with melted butter.
  • Toast the rolls in a pan over medium heat until golden brown and crispy, about 1-2 minutes per side.

 Assemble the Sliders:

  • Spoon a generous amount of the lobster mixture onto the bottom half of each toasted roll.
  • Top with the other half of the roll and press gently to close.

 Serve and Enjoy:

  • Arrange the sliders on a serving platter and serve immediately while the rolls are warm and the lobster filling is creamy.

Notes

  • For a fancier presentation, garnish the sliders with a sprinkle of fresh dill or a lemon wedge.
  • If you don’t have fresh dill, use 1 teaspoon of dried dill or another fresh herb like parsley.
  • Always taste and adjust the seasoning of the lobster filling before assembling the sliders.
