Description
This No-Bake Chocolate Cream Pie is a rich and creamy dessert that comes together quickly without any baking required. Perfect for satisfying chocolate cravings with a smooth, indulgent filling and a buttery, crunchy graham cracker crust
Ingredients
Scale
For the Crust:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs (about 10–12 full sheets)
- 5 tbsp unsalted butter, melted (binds the crust)
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar (adds a touch of sweetness)
For the Filling:
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk (creamy and sweet)
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened (adds richness)
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder (for that deep chocolate flavor)
- 1/4 tsp salt (enhances the chocolate flavor)
- 1/2 cup whipped topping (lightens the filling)
Instructions
- Prepare the Crust:
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan or pie dish. Use the back of a spoon or a measuring cup to create an even layer.
- Refrigerate the crust for 30 minutes to set.
- Make the Filling:
- In a large bowl, beat the sweetened condensed milk, cream cheese, cocoa powder, and salt until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully incorporated.
- Assemble the Pie:
- Pour the chocolate filling over the chilled crust, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
- Chill:
- Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow it to set.
- Serve:
- Slice and serve chilled. Add optional toppings like whipped cream, chocolate shavings, or fresh berries for extra flair.
Notes
- For a smoother filling, sift the cocoa powder before adding it to the mixture.
- Let the pie sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes before slicing for cleaner cuts.
