  • 1 cup strawberry puree (fresh or frozen, blended)

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced

  • ¼ cup strawberry jam or preserves (optional)


Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust

  • In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter.

  • Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand and holds together when pressed.

  • Press firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch pie dish to form an even crust.

  • Place in the refrigerator to chill while preparing the filling.
