- 5 grams of kosher salt.
- 1 medium bag of vanilla sugar.
- 1 envelope of baker’s yeast.
Directions:
Step 1: Heat Milk
- Heat the milk in the microwave for 25 seconds, ensuring not to overheat it to preserve yeast activity.
Step 2: Dissolve Yeast

Step 3: Combine Dry Ingredients
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine flour, white sugar, kosher salt, and vanilla sugar.
Step 4: Add Wet Ingredients
- Add rapeseed oil to the dry ingredients. Gradually pour in the heated milk and yeast mixture. Mix well until combined.

- Knead the dough until soft and homogeneous. Cover the dough in a salad bowl with a tea towel and let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
Step 6: Preheat Oven
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 7: Prepare Mold
- On a lightly floured work surface, butter the mold and place a baking sheet on top.
Step 8: Shape and Arrange Rolls
- Degas the dough and divide it into normal-sized dough balls. Place them in the mold, slightly separated.
Step 9: Rest and Bake
- Allow the rolls to rest for around 20 minutes. Brush the rolls with milk and bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven.
