Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 cups chicken broth

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 8 oz egg noodles

  • 3 tablespoons butter

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)


Instructions

1. Sear the Chicken

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  • Season chicken with salt and pepper.

  • Add to skillet and cook for 5–6 minutes per side or until golden and cooked through.

  • Remove from skillet and set aside.

2. Sauté Garlic & Build the Base

In the same skillet, add the minced garlic.

  • Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

  • Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream.

  • Bring to a gentle simmer.

3. Cook the Noodles

Stir in the egg noodles.

  • Cover the skillet and cook for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender.

4. Create the Creamy Sauce

Reduce heat to low.

  • Stir in the butter and Parmesan cheese.

  • Mix until melted and sauce is smooth and creamy.

5. Finish & Serve

Return the chicken to the skillet.

  • Let it warm through for 2–3 minutes.

  • Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.

  • Serve hot, spooning creamy noodles and sauce over each portion.
