Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Salt and black pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil

3 garlic cloves, minced

2 cups chicken broth

1 cup heavy cream

8 oz egg noodles

3 tablespoons butter

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
1. Sear the Chicken
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Season chicken with salt and pepper.

Add to skillet and cook for 5–6 minutes per side or until golden and cooked through.

Remove from skillet and set aside.
2. Sauté Garlic & Build the Base
In the same skillet, add the minced garlic.

Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream.

Bring to a gentle simmer.
3. Cook the Noodles
Stir in the egg noodles.

Cover the skillet and cook for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until noodles are tender.
4. Create the Creamy Sauce
Reduce heat to low.

Stir in the butter and Parmesan cheese.

Mix until melted and sauce is smooth and creamy.
5. Finish & Serve
Return the chicken to the skillet.

Let it warm through for 2–3 minutes.

Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
