Description

Summer in every bite! Juicy peaches bake under a buttery, cinnamon-spiced crust for the ultimate easy dessert

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh sliced peaches (or 1 can, 29 oz, sliced peaches, drained)

  • 1 cup Bisquick baking mix

  • 1 cup milk

  • ½ teaspoon ground nutmeg

  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • ½ cup butter, melted

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

1. Preheat the Oven

  • Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Lightly grease an 8×8-inch baking dish.

2. Prepare the Batter

  • In the baking dish, combine Bisquick mix, milk, nutmeg, and cinnamon.

  • Stir in the melted butter until the batter is smooth and fully moistened.

3. Add the Peaches

  • In a separate bowl, toss the sliced peaches with the sugar until evenly coated.

  • Spoon the sweetened peaches over the batter in the baking dish. Do not stir—the batter will rise around the peaches as it bakes.

4. Bake to Perfection

  • Bake for 60 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and bubbling around the edges.

  • Allow to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • This is the ultimate beginner-friendly dessert—perfect for last-minute guests.

  • The crust will naturally rise over the peaches while baking.

  • Feel free to adjust the sugar depending on the sweetness of your fruit.
