Description

This rich and creamy peanut butter fudge is incredibly easy to make with just four simple ingredients. It’s the perfect treat for any peanut butter lover and comes together in no time, making it ideal for gifting or satisfying your sweet tooth!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • ¾ cup creamy peanut butter (use high-quality for best results)
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Combine Sugar and Milk: In a medium-sized pot, mix the sugar and milk. Place the pot over medium heat and bring the mixture to a boil.
  • Boil for 2½ Minutes: Once boiling, let it cook for exactly 2½ minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent burning.
  • Remove from Heat: Take the pot off the stove and immediately add the peanut butter and vanilla extract.
  • Stir Until Smooth: Mix vigorously until the peanut butter is fully melted and the mixture is smooth and glossy.
  • Pour into Dish: Transfer the mixture into a buttered 8×8-inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Cool Completely: Allow the fudge to cool at room temperature or in the refrigerator until firm.
  • Slice and Serve: Cut into squares and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use dark brown sugar instead of granulated sugar.
  • Always use a heavy-bottomed pot to prevent scorching.
  • If gifting, wrap individual pieces in parchment paper for a professional touch.
