  • Total Time: 20 minutes
  • Yield: 18–20 balls

Description

These no-fuss, bite-sized Pecan Pie Balls pack all the flavor of a classic pecan pie into easy, handheld treats. With warm notes of brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla, they’re perfect for holiday platters, potlucks, or sweet snacking any time of year.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped pecans

  • ½ cup packed brown sugar

  • ¼ cup corn syrup

  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs

  • ¼ cup powdered sugar

Instructions

1. Preheat and Prepare

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Mix the Filling

  • In a large bowl, combine:

    • Chopped pecans

    • Brown sugar

    • Corn syrup

    • Melted butter

    • Vanilla extract

    • Cinnamon

    • Graham cracker crumbs

  • Stir until a sticky, cohesive dough forms.

3. Roll into Balls

  • Use your hands to roll the mixture into 1-inch balls.

  • Place them on the prepared baking sheet, spaced slightly apart.

4. Bake

  • Bake for 10 minutes, or until lightly golden and set.

5. Cool and Coat

  • Let cool for about 5 minutes—they should still be warm but firm.

  • Roll each ball in powdered sugar until evenly coated.

6. Serve and Enjoy

  • Transfer to a serving platter and enjoy warm or at room temperature.

Notes

  • Let the balls firm up slightly before coating in powdered sugar for best results.

  • Serve warm or chilled depending on your texture preference.

  • These are a no-fuss favorite for fall, Thanksgiving, or anytime you want a touch of pecan pie without baking an entire pie.
