Pepperoni Pizza Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups uncooked egg noodles
  • 1/2 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup sliced pepperoni sausage
  • 16 ounces pizza sauce
  • 4 tablespoons milk
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions:

  1. Cook the egg noodles according to package directions.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  3. In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion, minced garlic, and chopped green bell pepper. Drain any excess fat.
  4. Stir in the cooked noodles, sliced pepperoni, pizza sauce, and milk. Mix well to combine all the ingredients.
  5. Pour this mixture into a 2-quart casserole dish.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 20 minutes.

  8. Return the casserole to the oven and bake for an additional 5 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the casserole is heated through.
