Instructions
1. Blend the Ingredients
In a high-speed blender, combine:

1 cup frozen pineapple chunks

½ cup coconut milk

¼ cup pineapple juice

Optional: 1 tbsp honey/sugar + 1 tsp coconut extract
Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
2. Adjust the Thickness
If the milkshake is too thick:

Add more pineapple juice or coconut milk, 1 tablespoon at a time.
If it’s too thin: -
Add a few more ice cream scoops or pineapple chunks to thicken.
3. Taste and Adjust Sweetness
Taste and, if needed, add a bit more honey or sugar. Blend again to combine.
4. Serve and Garnish
Pour into chilled glasses.
Top with whipped cream, a maraschino cherry, or a pineapple slice.
Serve immediately with a straw.
