Ingredients:
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 can (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 cup peanut butter chips
- 1 cup Reese’s Pieces candy
- 1 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and instant vanilla pudding. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat together the softened butter, peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar on medium speed until fluffy.
- Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Mix in the vanilla extract and honey until well combined.
- Reduce the mixer speed to low and gradually add the flour mixture. Beat until just combined.
- Stir in the peanut butter chips, Reese’s Pieces candy, and chocolate chips (if using), until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
- Roll about 1 tablespoon of dough into a 1-inch ball between your palms, then place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Flatten the dough balls slightly with your hand or the back of a spoon.
- Bake the cookies in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
