  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls

  • 8 breakfast sausage links (cooked)

  • 4 slices Cheddar cheese

Instructions

1. Prepare Oven and Eggs

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • In a small bowl, beat the eggs; reserve 2 tablespoons for brushing the dough later.

  • Scramble the remaining eggs in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Set aside.

2. Prepare Crescent Dough

  • Unroll the crescent dough onto a clean surface and separate into 8 triangles.

3. Assemble Roll-Ups

  • Cut each slice of cheddar cheese in half.

  • Place one half slice of cheese on each dough triangle.

  • Add a spoonful of scrambled eggs on top of the cheese.

  • Place one cooked sausage link on each triangle.

4. Roll and Season

  • Starting at the wide end, loosely roll each triangle toward the point.

  • Arrange the roll-ups on an ungreased cookie sheet.

  • Brush the tops with the reserved beaten eggs.

  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

5. Bake

  • Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until golden brown and puffed.
