- 1 lemon (juiced & zested)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat Oven – Set to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook Pasta – Boil linguine until al dente, then drain and set aside.

- Deglaze & Simmer Sauce – Pour in wine (or broth), scraping up browned bits. Stir in lemon juice, zest, and heavy cream. Simmer 2-3 min.
- Combine Pasta & Sauce – Toss cooked pasta in the sauce, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Assemble Bake – Transfer pasta to baking dish, top with shrimp, then sprinkle Parmesan and mozzarella.
- Bake Until Bubbly – Bake 15-20 min until cheese is melted and golden.
- Garnish & Serve – Sprinkle with fresh parsley and enjoy!
Notes
For the best texture, serve immediately while the cheese is gooey. Leftovers taste great reheated with a drizzle of olive oil.
