12 oz biscuits (cut into quarters)

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray a 9×13 baking pan with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until it is no longer pink. Drain the fat from the beef.
Add the ketchup, water, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to the beef. Stir well and let it simmer for about 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to combine. Remove the skillet from the heat.
Transfer the meat mixture to a medium-sized bowl. Add the quartered biscuits to the bowl and toss everything together until the biscuits are well coated.
Pour the biscuit and meat mixture into the prepared 9×13 baking pan. Spread it out evenly.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top of the casserole.
Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 28-30 minutes, or until the casserole is golden brown and the biscuits are fully cooked.
