Ingredients

1 lb chicken tenders

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp chili powder

½ tsp black pepper

½ tsp salt

2 tbsp all-purpose flour (optional)

¼ cup honey
-
2 tbsp unsalted butter

2 cloves garlic, minced
-
½–1 tsp red pepper flakes

Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Season the Chicken
In a medium bowl, toss the chicken tenders with:

Paprika
-
Chili powder
-
Black pepper
-
Salt
-
Flour (optional)
2. Sear the Chicken

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken tenders in a single layer.

Cook for 3–4 minutes per side, or until golden brown and fully cooked (internal temp: 165°F / 74°C).

Remove from the pan and set aside.
3. Make the Spicy Honey Garlic Butter Glaze

Reduce heat to medium.

In the same skillet, melt the butter.

Add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.

Stir in honey, red pepper flakes, and a pinch of salt.

Let the glaze bubble and thicken for 1–2 minutes.
4. Glaze the Chicken

Return the cooked chicken to the skillet.

Toss to coat evenly in the glaze.

Let rest for 1–2 minutes off heat so the chicken absorbs the flavors.
5. Serve and Enjoy
