Instructions
1. Prepare Your Oven and Pan

Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).

Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper for easy removal.
2. Mix the Pound Cake Batter

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.

In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

Mix in the vanilla extract and sour cream.

3. Make the Cheesecake Filling

4. Assemble the Cake

5. Bake
