Ingredients

1 cup balsamic vinegar

¼ cup honey or brown sugar

10 oz fresh baby spinach

3 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

1 cup fresh blueberries

⅓ cup crumbled feta cheese

1 cup pecans, toasted (half chopped, half whole for texture)
Instructions
1. Make the Balsamic Glaze

In a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar and honey over medium heat.

Bring to a gentle boil, then reduce to a simmer.

Stir frequently and cook for 8–10 minutes, or until the liquid has reduced by half.

The glaze should coat the back of a spoon but remain pourable.

Pour into a heat-safe bowl and allow to cool and thicken.
2. Assemble the Salad

In a large salad bowl, combine baby spinach, sliced strawberries, blueberries, and feta cheese. Toss gently to combine.
