Description
A salty-sweet everything pie—loaded with chocolate, coconut, pretzels, pecans & toffee, all drowned in gooey condensed milk. Chaos in the best way
Ingredients
-
1 pre-made or homemade pie crust (9-inch)
-
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
-
½ cup white chocolate chips
-
½ cup sweetened shredded coconut
-
½ cup crushed pretzels
-
½ cup chopped pecans
-
½ cup toffee bits
-
1 (14 oz / 400g) can sweetened condensed milk
Instructions
1. Prep the Oven and Pie Crust
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place the pie crust into a 9-inch pie pan and crimp or flute the edges as desired.
2. Layer the Fillings
Evenly distribute the following ingredients inside the crust:
-
Chocolate chips
-
White chocolate chips
-
Shredded coconut
-
Crushed pretzels
-
Chopped pecans
-
Toffee bits
3. Pour in the Sweetened Condensed Milk
Slowly pour the sweetened condensed milk over the top of the layered ingredients. It should seep down and coat everything to bind it together while baking.
4. Bake the Pie
Place the pie in the oven and bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is bubbly and the crust is golden brown.
5. Cool and Serve
Let the pie cool completely to allow the filling to set properly. Slice and serve on its own, or top with a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream for extra indulgence.
