- 3 eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 (10 oz) jar butterscotch sundae syrup or ice cream topping (bourbon butterscotch topping recommended)

- 1 (16 oz) tub Cool Whip, thawed

Preparation:
