Cream Cheese Lemonade Pie

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 prepared graham cracker crust (store-bought or homemade)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped cream or whipped topping
  • Lemon slices and mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  2. Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk, lemonade concentrate, lemon zest (if using), and vanilla extract. Beat until well combined and smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the whipped cream or whipped topping until fully incorporated.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust, spreading it out evenly with a spatula.
  5. Cover the pie with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
