Garlic Parmesan Roasted Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb large or jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined, with tails on
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1-2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions:

  1. Preparation:
    • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
    • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. Coat Shrimp:
    • In a bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper until the shrimp are evenly coated.
  3. Arrange and Roast:
    • Arrange the coated shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Roast:
    • Roast the shrimp in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
  5. Finish:
    • Remove the baking sheet from the oven and squeeze fresh lemon juice over the roasted shrimp.
  6. Garnish and Serve:
    • Garnish the roasted shrimp with chopped fresh parsley.
    • Serve immediately.
