German Potato Pancakes

  1. I am of German decent (mom’s maiden name Steinhauer) and learned to make these as a young girl. I love these and also German potatoes salad (hot). I also learned to make the German version of pigs in a blanket. It was taught to me by my mom. It isn’t biscuits and sausages by the way. My German great-grandmother and my mom taught me what being German food really taste like. Delicious ???? is the word.
