Lemon Butter Crab

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb king crab legs
  • 1/2 stick (4 tablespoons) salted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Lemon slices

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. If the crab legs are frozen, thaw them. Use a sharp knife or scissors to slice or cut the crab legs into halves to expose the flesh. Arrange them evenly on a baking sheet or tray.
  3. Melt the butter in a microwave for about 30 seconds.
  4. Add the minced garlic, chopped parsley, and lemon juice to the melted butter. Stir well to mix.
  5. Drizzle and spread the butter mixture evenly over the crab legs. Save some of the mixture for dipping.
  6. Place lemon slices on top of the crab legs for added flavor.
  7. Bake the crab legs in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes, or until heated through.
  8. Serve the lemon butter crab hot, with the remaining butter mixture on the side for dipping.
