Ingredients

3 ripe bananas, mashed

½ cup unsalted butter, melted

1 cup granulated sugar

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1½ cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

½ teaspoon salt

½ cup Nutella (or any chocolate hazelnut spread)
Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven

Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan with non-stick spray or line it with parchment paper.
2. Mix the Wet Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas and melted butter.

Stir in granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth and well-blended.
3. Combine the Dry Ingredients

In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
4. Make the Batter

Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the banana mixture.

Stir just until combined—do not overmix.
5. Add Nutella Swirl – Layer 1

Pour half of the batter into the prepared loaf pan.

Drop spoonfuls of Nutella over the batter.

Use a butter knife to gently swirl the Nutella into the batter.
6. Add Second Layer

Pour the remaining batter on top.

Add more spoonfuls of Nutella and swirl again.
7. Bake

Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

If the top begins to brown too quickly, loosely tent with foil after 40 minutes.
8. Cool and Serve

Let the loaf cool in the pan for 10 minutes.

Transfer to a wire rack and cool completely.
