Ingredients
  

  • 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

  • large bowl for tossing fries
  • knife and cutting board for cutting sweet potatoes
  • spatula or tongs for serving

Method
 

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss sweet potato wedges with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  3. Place sweet potato wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Add variety with extra seasonings like Italian herbs, Parmesan, or red pepper flakes. For extra spice, mix in a pinch of cayenne. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days and reheat in the air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 5–7 minutes.
