- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss sweet potato wedges with olive oil, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
- Place sweet potato wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15–20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

Notes
Add variety with extra seasonings like Italian herbs, Parmesan, or red pepper flakes. For extra spice, mix in a pinch of cayenne. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 2 days and reheat in the air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 5–7 minutes.
