- In a large bowl, whisk together the Italian dressing, garlic, honey, lime juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Add chicken tenderloins to the bowl, toss to coat, and marinate covered in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (up to 1 hour).
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F and lightly spray the basket with olive oil spray.
- Arrange the marinated tenderloins in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
- Remove chicken and let rest for 2–3 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate overnight. Serve with roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a side salad. You can swap lime juice with lemon juice if desired.
