Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken tenderloins
  • 1/2 cup zesty Italian dressing
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the Italian dressing, garlic, honey, lime juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Add chicken tenderloins to the bowl, toss to coat, and marinate covered in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (up to 1 hour).
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F and lightly spray the basket with olive oil spray.
  4. Arrange the marinated tenderloins in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
  5. Remove chicken and let rest for 2–3 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, marinate overnight. Serve with roasted vegetables, mashed potatoes, or a side salad. You can swap lime juice with lemon juice if desired.
