Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken tenderloins
  • 1/2 cup Italian dressing
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together Italian dressing, honey, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken tenderloins and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade, letting excess drip off. Place in air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook in batches if needed.
  5. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and cooked through (165°F / 74°C).
  6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauces or side dishes.

Notes

For best flavor, marinate the chicken for at least 2 hours if possible. Serve with mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables, or dipping sauces like honey mustard or ranch. Leftovers keep well in the fridge for 2-3 days and can be reheated in the air fryer.
