Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out the pie crust to fit a 12-inch pizza pan and fold the edges slightly to create a border.
- In a bowl, mix white sugar, 3 tablespoons flour, and cinnamon. Toss diced apples in the mixture until fully coated. Spread evenly over the prepared crust.
- In another bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon, and softened butter. Mix with your hands until the texture resembles wet sand with small clumps. Sprinkle evenly over the apples.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes, until apples are tender and the topping is golden brown.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the warm pizza. Slice into wedges and serve with vanilla ice cream.
Notes
For extra flavor, use a mix of tart and sweet apples such as Granny Smith and Honeycrisp. Best served warm for maximum crisp texture and caramel drizzle melt.
