- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a muffin tin with liners or grease.
- In a large bowl, whisk together all the dry ingredients.
- In another bowl, whisk the wet ingredients until smooth.

- Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
- Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Serve warm or at room temperature.
