Method
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy and evenly blended.
- Unroll the dough and separate it into triangles. Add a spoonful of filling to the wide end, then roll tightly toward the tip, tucking the sides to seal.
- Place each roll seam-side down on the lined baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with melted butter. Sprinkle breadcrumbs if desired for extra crunch.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Sprinkle with fresh parsley, serve warm, and enjoy!
Notes
Add spinach, mushrooms, or jalapeños for extra flavor. Try different cheeses like mozzarella or Swiss for variety. For a spicy version, mix in a little hot sauce or cayenne pepper. Swap crescent rolls for puff pastry or biscuit dough for a heartier texture. Sprinkle sesame seeds or crushed crackers on top for added crunch.
