Ingredients
  

Topping Mixture
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs for crunchy topping and texture
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese adds savory depth
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened adds creamy richness
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted helps crisp topping
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Shrimp Base
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined main protein
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for drizzling
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice added at the end for brightness

Method
 

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan, cream cheese, melted butter, garlic, lemon zest, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until cohesive and slightly sticky.
  3. Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. Arrange the shrimp in a single layer.
  4. Spoon the breadcrumb mixture over each shrimp or spread evenly across the top.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the topping.
  6. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes, until shrimp are pink and topping is golden.
  7. Remove from oven and drizzle with fresh lemon juice.
  8. Serve hot.

Notes

For extra crunch, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end, watching closely. You can also add chopped spinach or sautéed onions to the topping for more flavor.
