Ingredients
  

  • 1 (3.4 oz) box banana cream instant pudding
  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple with juice
  • 1 (10 oz) jar maraschino cherries, drained and halved
  • 1 cup diced fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1/2 cup miniature chocolate chips
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping, thawed

Method
 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine banana cream instant pudding with crushed pineapple and juice. Stir until thickened.
  2. Add cherries, strawberries, marshmallows, nuts, chocolate chips, and bananas. Stir until evenly mixed.
  3. Fold in half the whipped topping gently, then fold in the rest until fully combined.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  5. Stir gently before serving. Garnish as desired.

Notes

Chill for at least 2 hours for the best texture. Add bananas just before serving if making ahead to prevent browning.
