Method
- Toss chicken pieces with flour, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5–7 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from heat.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and rice vinegar until smooth. Adjust heat to taste.
- Divide cooked rice among serving bowls.
- Top rice with carrots, cucumber, cabbage or lettuce, and crispy chicken.
- Drizzle generously with Bang Bang sauce and garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and fresh cilantro before serving.
Notes
Swap rice for cauliflower rice for a lighter option, or use air-fried chicken for extra crispiness with less oil.
