Ingredients
  

Sausage Gravy
  • 1 package (16 oz) breakfast sausage
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups milk
Pizza Base
  • 1 12-inch pre-baked pizza crust
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Method
 

  1. Cook breakfast sausage in a large skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
  2. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually whisk in milk and cook until thickened. Season with black pepper to taste.
  3. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place pizza crust on a baking sheet and spread half of the sausage gravy over the crust.
  4. In a separate skillet, scramble eggs until just set. Spoon evenly over the gravy layer.
  5. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and bake for 10–15 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
  6. Slice and serve warm.

Notes

Reserve remaining sausage gravy for dipping. For extra flavor, add cooked bacon crumbles or a sprinkle of chopped green onions before serving.
