Method
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together cream cheese and buffalo sauce until smooth. Add chicken, cheddar, mozzarella, and green onion. Stir until combined; you should have about 2 ½ cups of filling.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a 10-inch oven-safe skillet with nonstick spray.
- Place biscuits on a clean surface and flatten each to ⅛-inch thickness using a rolling pin.
- Divide filling among biscuits (about ¼ cup each). Pinch edges to seal and place seam-side down in the skillet. Brush tops with about 2 tablespoons of buffalo sauce; reserve the rest.
- Bake 24–26 minutes, or until golden brown. Drizzle with remaining buffalo sauce and garnish with green onions.
- Serve warm with ranch or blue cheese dressing and extra buffalo sauce for dipping.
Notes
For extra heat, add a pinch of cayenne or diced jalapeños to the filling. These reheat well in an air fryer at 350°F for 3–4 minutes.
