Method
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add cubed chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
- In a small bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, and chopped parsley until smooth. Set aside.
- Lay out the tortillas. Evenly distribute the cooked chicken onto each tortilla.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the chicken. Drizzle with the garlic sauce.
- Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly into a wrap. Heat a clean skillet over medium heat and toast each wrap for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
- Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately with dipping sauce or a side salad.
Notes
For extra flavor, add jalapeños or hot sauce to the garlic sauce. Use whole wheat tortillas for a healthier option, or swap cheddar for Monterey Jack. These wraps can also be meal-prepped and reheated in a skillet for a crispy bite.
