Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cubed
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Equipment

  • skillet
  • Mixing bowl
  • Mixing spoon
  • knife and cutting board
  • Spatula

Method

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add cubed chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and fully cooked.
  2. In a small bowl, mix sour cream, mayonnaise, minced garlic, and chopped parsley until smooth. Set aside.
  3. Lay out the tortillas. Evenly distribute the cooked chicken onto each tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the chicken. Drizzle with the garlic sauce.
  5. Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll tightly into a wrap. Heat a clean skillet over medium heat and toast each wrap for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately with dipping sauce or a side salad.

Notes

For extra flavor, add jalapeños or hot sauce to the garlic sauce. Use whole wheat tortillas for a healthier option, or swap cheddar for Monterey Jack. These wraps can also be meal-prepped and reheated in a skillet for a crispy bite.
