- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, milk, ranch seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Stir in the cooked chicken, pasta or rice, and half of the shredded cheese. Mix until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Top with remaining shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly with melted, golden cheese on top.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with green onions or parsley if desired.
Notes
Swap pasta with rice depending on preference. Add vegetables like broccoli or peas for extra nutrition. For a spicy kick, stir in diced jalapeños or a dash of hot sauce. This dish can be assembled ahead and baked just before serving.
