- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar together with a hand mixer until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
- Gently fold in the Cool Whip until fully incorporated.
- Fold in the marshmallows and cherry pie filling until evenly combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow flavors to meld.
- Scoop into bowls or cups and enjoy!
Notes
For a lighter version, you may use reduced-fat cream cheese. You can also swap cherry filling with blueberry or strawberry for a fun variation.
