- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Stir in baking soda and salt.
- Fold in the chopped Butterfinger pieces.
- Drop tablespoons of dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, chill the dough for 15 minutes before baking. You can substitute Butterfinger with Reese’s Pieces or toffee bits. Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 4 days.
