Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
  • 1 (15 oz) jar Alfredo sauce
  • 1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the cooked chicken with Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, pepper, and salt until well combined. If the sauce seems too thick, add 1 tablespoon of milk.
  3. Spread the chicken mixture evenly in the prepared dish. Arrange frozen tater tots on top in rows or scatter them evenly.
  4. Top with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese for a golden crust.
  5. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the edges bubble and the top turns golden brown.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Optionally garnish with chopped parsley or bacon bits.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a handful of cooked bacon bits or a sprinkle of chopped parsley on top before serving. You can also substitute rotisserie chicken for a quick prep shortcut.
