- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked chicken with Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, pepper, and salt until well combined. If the sauce seems too thick, add 1 tablespoon of milk.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly in the prepared dish. Arrange frozen tater tots on top in rows or scatter them evenly.
- Top with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese for a golden crust.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the edges bubble and the top turns golden brown.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Optionally garnish with chopped parsley or bacon bits.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a handful of cooked bacon bits or a sprinkle of chopped parsley on top before serving. You can also substitute rotisserie chicken for a quick prep shortcut.
