- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix shredded chicken, steamed broccoli, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, half the cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, stir together stuffing mix, chicken broth, and melted butter until moistened.
- Spread the chicken-broccoli mixture evenly into the baking dish.
- Layer the stuffing mixture on top.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, until hot and bubbly with a golden crust.
- Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Make ahead: Assemble up to a day in advance, cover, and refrigerate until ready to bake. For extra creaminess, add a splash of milk or an extra spoonful of sour cream. Swap cheddar for mozzarella or Monterey Jack for a milder flavor. Serve with a green salad or cranberry sauce on the side.
