Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar packed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts optional
  • 1/4 cup chocolate sprinkles for rolling

Method
 

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy, about 2–3 minutes.
  2. Fold in the mini chocolate chips and chopped nuts (if using) with a spatula until evenly distributed.
  3. Shape the mixture into a ball using your hands. Lightly wet hands if needed to prevent sticking.
  4. Wrap the cheese ball tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1–2 hours, or until firm.
  5. Unwrap the chilled cheese ball and roll it in chocolate sprinkles until fully coated.
  6. Transfer to a serving platter and serve with graham crackers, pretzels, apple slices, or other dippers.

Notes

This cheese ball can be made a day ahead and kept refrigerated until serving. Let it sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving for easier spreading.
