Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup crushed cookies
  • 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce
  • 1/4 cup chocolate kisses
  • whipped cream (optional)

Method
 

  1. Line a springform pan with plastic wrap.
  2. Spread a layer of crushed cookies on the bottom.
  3. Soften the vanilla ice cream and mix in half the chocolate chips.
  4. Spread the ice cream mixture over the cookie layer.
  5. Drizzle hot fudge sauce over the ice cream and sprinkle remaining chocolate chips.
  6. Freeze for 4 hours or until firm.
  7. Remove from pan, top with chocolate kisses and whipped cream if desired.
  8. Slice and serve immediately.

Notes

For extra texture, use a mix of chocolate chip and sandwich cookies. You can drizzle caramel sauce instead of fudge for a twist. Let the cake sit for 5–10 minutes before slicing for easier serving.
