Method
- Line a springform pan with plastic wrap.
- Spread a layer of crushed cookies on the bottom.
- Soften the vanilla ice cream and mix in half the chocolate chips.
- Spread the ice cream mixture over the cookie layer.
- Drizzle hot fudge sauce over the ice cream and sprinkle remaining chocolate chips.
- Freeze for 4 hours or until firm.
- Remove from pan, top with chocolate kisses and whipped cream if desired.
- Slice and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra texture, use a mix of chocolate chip and sandwich cookies. You can drizzle caramel sauce instead of fudge for a twist. Let the cake sit for 5–10 minutes before slicing for easier serving.
